Focus in Business Services, Consumer/Retail or Transportation Logistics a must!
Developing new business and helping other teams by participating in pitches, as requested.
Securing and/or executing ~$2mm /- of business annually, in addition to your management role.
Managing clients and transaction processes from start to finish with a supporting deal team. ?

An experienced MD with a proven track record of middle market M&A deal origination
Significant direct experience in managing clients and transactions through all phases to closure

Four-year degree with advanced degree preferred
Minimum 12 years of relevant investment banking experience (middle market is important)
Proven management skills, from leadership to delegation, to mentoring, etc.
Established network/personal brand credibility to enable expected business development
Expert knowledge of capital markets, transaction legal matters & risk management
Current FINRA Series 79 Representative - Series 24 Registered Principal - preferred
Solid personal reputation, exceptional work ethic and professional integrity
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. ?Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. ?In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
