Job Description:
This Business Analyst position will provide support for the Customer Solution Center via the creation, maintenance, and analysis of reporting. Colleague will be called upon to communicate to all levels of the Customer Solution Center data driven recommendations and related changes for process or reporting enhancements. Experience with Excel or Tableau required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Source data from various systems/platforms and create effective data schemas
- Create effective reporting using a plethora of data sources, analysis, and visualization tools
- Use critical thinking skills to identify additional opportunities within the Customer Solution Center that contribute to our journey towards becoming a Category of One
- Communicates clearly through both verbal and written methods with peers, leaders, and other business partners on recommendations, improvements, and initiatives
- Manages multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adheres to bank policies and procedures
- Exemplifies Huntington values every day
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with experience/education in a related field may be considered
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 0-1 year of prior experience in leadership (1-2 years for BA3 or 2-3 years for BA Senior)
- 1 year(s) of prior experience in reporting, process improvement, or analytics (1-3 years for BA3 or 3 for BA Senior)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong database skills, including working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, advanced databases, statistical functions, and methods
- Prior experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep, or other data tools
- Prior experience with VBA, VB Script, SQL, or other coding languages
- Highly proficient knowledge of MS Office applications with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to interpret data and communicate results effectively
- Effectively develop and deliver presentations at executive level
- Presentation development and present skills
- Aptitude for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and solutions
- Capable of driving business outcomes via effective partnerships with colleagues across the enterprise
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining quality work
- Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Flexible, accurate, highly organized, and pays attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet goals, set requirements and work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Proven teamwork and ability to collaborate with internal partners
