Summary:

As a Customer Solution Center Dispute Resolution Specialist, you are more than just a financial resource for our customers; you are an expert in your field and are the first line of defense in protecting them. You will be working in a fast-paced and exciting role assisting customers with disputing transactions and offering real-time resolution whenever possible.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding transactions the customers wish to dispute; in addition to answering any questions regarding deposit account products
• Identify fraud trends to protect customers and the bank from additional loss exposure
• Provide customers with first call resolution
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures
• Maintain up to date knowledge on all Huntington products, services, technology, and procedures
• Manage reputational risk by complying with risk standards
• Work individually and with your team to meet & exceed established goals
• Exemplify core values every day
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Possess exceptional verbal communication skills
• Look out for customer needs while increasing your earning potential through referrals

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of call center experience
• Possess exceptional written communication skills, including typing, grammar and spelling proficiency
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of Phone Bank resources and policies
• Positive attitude and desire to learn with a passion for service

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
