Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Charter Supervisor. The Charter Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our charter services and ensuring that all aspects of our charters run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding charter details

- Maintain records and documents related to charters

- Resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during charters

- Monitor charter services and make recommendations for improvements as needed

- Compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
