- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow and enhance overall efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set company goals and objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to drive operational excellence.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Conduct strategic planning to align operational objectives with the company's long-term goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on operations management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.

Oversee large programs with a cross-functional nature, manage projects throughout their life-cycle, ensure accurate and timely reporting and budget requirements.This position will interact on a consistent basis with: internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
