Purchasing Assistant Needed!!
Who we are: Huron Contracting is a ‘boutique’ developer based out of Ann Arbor MI and primarily focuses on multifamily developments. However, previously we have also done Fraternity remodels for the University of Michigan and residential homes.
The team is small and we each wear a few different hats on a given week. Some days we are on the field, some days we are meeting with suppliers, and other days we are meeting with clients in our office. There is just always something new, and no day is ever the same as the one before!
Related work experience is not mandatory, just a willingness to learn the fundamentals of development and ability to work well in a team environment.
What we ask of you:
- EXCELLENT excel skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Highly detail oriented
- Quick learner and someone with adaptability
- Ability to use Monday.com, Dropbox, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Due to the caliber of our clientele, we will need someone dependable to highly trustworthy
Daily tasks:
- Track all client payments from their initial down payment, to architectural fees and/or change orders through Monday.com.
- Assist client relations lead in filing and client affairs.
- Collaborate with team to ensure internal organization and implement new systems if seen fit.
- Maintain and continue our relationships with vendors, suppliers & investors.
- Assist in managing real estate team through bi-monthly marketing meetings.
