BRING YOUR STATE INSPECTORS LICENSE/PROOF WITH YOU. If you do not have one, you must have a CLEAN RECORD and be prepared to immediately sit for the certification exam (we will pay for the 1-2 days of class).

We are a local mechanic shop in Hurst, TX. We are looking for a STATE INSPECTOR with a clean record. Ideally, you also have some other shop experience (as LUBE TECH)
State Inspectors must be able to do the following:
- Have a CURRENT, VALID TEXAS STATE INSPECTION LICENSE
- Have a clean record
- Know how to drive ALL cars (Manual/Stick Shift included)
- Be able to work full time (40 hrs/wk).
Must be reliable and consistent. If you stay with us, you will receive pay increases (met every several months).
We are a tightly knit family and we take care of each other. There will be flexibility for workers from one shop to cover/help each other for time off and vacations. Most of our employees have been here 2-7 years. Commitment and honesty is expected.
You will be trained to perform other services. Your role will not be ONLY State Inspections, you will also be changing oil. If you are looking to broaden your skill set in the lube industry, this is a good opportunity.
