Location: CA The RIS is part of the North American Business Unit and adds value to Husqvarna and our robotic customers by supporting the Golf and Sports Turf Dealer channel or other channels as assigned. This job requires regular interaction with dealers, commercial clients, and key internal/external stakeholders supporting demos, installations, monitoring, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer service in the field. The RIS' support is meant to help meet sales and market-share goals for the territory. This position requires support of all Automower and CEORA products. The RIS will support the coordination of product delivery, address service issues and support warranty issues in the field as needed. This job requires in person product presentations and training. Projects will vary in size and complexity. Required travel is 60 % with overnights required. This position reports directly to the Manager of Robotics Field Technicians. What You Need to Know: Work within the plan to increase company brand position in assigned territory Be the product expert for Automower and CEORA. Ability to lift 50 lbs Be able to correctly communicate usage and proper setup for customers Prepare and clearly communicate installation project plans and timelines with reporting manager, and other team members assigned to projects. Act as liaison between customers and internal support channels to address any gaps in product management to improve overall customer experience Gain/build commercial client confidence Demonstrate equipment and provide product application learning opportunities. Work with various companies to help develop their robotic implementations Ability to work alone in the field with a level of autonomy to make correct decisions in supporting both Husqvarna and customers Capacity to represent Husqvarna Robotics at local events and demo days Works with Commercial Robotics on large scale projects What We Are Looking For: Minimum of high school degree or equivalent; Associates Degree Preferred Lives in a satisfactory location within the assigned territory 2-3 years in customer facing roles: Customer Service/ Product Management experience preferred Detail oriented with high integrity and ability to solve complex problems Ability to work from home Proven ability to work with teams and communicate effectively Demonstrated knowledge and/or aptitude and passion for learning extensively about Robotics and the green industry in order to represent the Husqvarna brand and products effectively to commercial customers. Strong interpersonal skills, planning and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment. Clean driving record Ability to work outside most days.
