Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment including griddles, conveyor toasters, and microwaves.
- Ensure that all food items are cooked and presented with utmost care and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately to maintain consistency in food quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with using kitchen equipment such as griddles, conveyor toasters, and microwaves is a plus.
- Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal, to ensure accurate food preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes to customers.
- Flexibility to work mornings and rotating weekends as required by the schedule.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
