Archaeologist / Project Manager – Mid Level
Brockington and Associates is seeking a mid-level field archaeologist and project manager based in our Atlanta, GA office for archaeological field work throughout the US.

Minimum experience: Two to four years of experience managing archaeological field projects.

You must be able to work as a member of a diverse team, manage projects and people, and complete other delegated project tasks. You should possess strong communication skills, to work professionally with clients and government agencies, and be able to supervise the work of others.

- Prepare and execute detailed research designs;
- Conduct fieldwork - including archaeological survey, testing, and data recovery investigations;
- Lead projects, including field, lab, and reporting efforts, as Principal Investigator;
- Identify prehistoric and historic artifacts and features in the field;
- Effectively discuss projects with colleagues, clients, and review agencies;
- Prepare and manage budgets and schedules; and
- Write professional technical reports and publications.
