As a Crate Builder/Assembler, you will assist in building and assembling wooden crates and pallets used in shipping. The Crate Assembler uses hand and power tools to fabricate wooden parts, then assembles the finished products. Crate Assemblers work as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines, while also ensuring that production, quality, and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Prior experience with hand and power tools is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Uses vision to accurately assemble items and assess finished products
- Moves equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
