What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electro-Mechanical Assembler position at HW Staffing?
As an Electro-mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of mechanical, electronic, and electro-mechanical instruments and sub-assemblies. The Electro-mechanical Assembler uses hand tools (i.e., screwdrivers, wrenches), power tools (i.e., nut driver), and electronic test devices to assemble and conduct preliminary tests on sub-assemblies and instruments according to established procedures. Electro-mechanical Assemblers also test, troubleshoot, and repair sub-assemblies and instruments.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED/equivalent
- General knowledge of PC computers is required
- Able to follow written and verbal procedures, instructions, and drawings
- Uses hands and fingers to manipulate small tools and parts
- Must be able to work interdependently in team settings to accomplish goals
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
We are offering $20.00 per hour, operating on 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. Employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental, Vision, and other benefit plans after 60 days of employment.
