Hwy 55 in Mount Olive is looking for an exceptional individual to help maintain the daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant. The Hwy 55 BOH Operator is responsible for ensuring that even with a packed house, we are still creating memorable experiences for our guests. The BOH Operator is responsible for producing excellent food, hiring and motivating a team of cooks, identifying and cultivating cook leads, and controlling BOH inventory and costs.
This is an entry-level management position for someone someone who is looking for growth and progression in his or her career. Applicants with a background in hospitality, restaurant management, restaurant leadership, and/or fast food production are encouraged to apply.
