HX5 is currently seeking a Senior Test & Evaluation Specialist to support the Flight Test group for the ARRW team at Eglin AFB.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support all test and evaluation activities required during the engineering and development phase of the Air-launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) hypersonic missile system development.
- Lead designated ground and flight test and evaluation activities with the Government team.
- Facilitate all test planning and test readiness reviews with the Prime Contractor including coordination of all Government stakeholders, agenda development, presentation material review and feedback, drafting minutes and action items, and organization of breakout meetings.
- Maintain all Government test and evaluation documentation.
- Communicate and interface with the prime contractor, sub-system suppliers, and any other Government stakeholders to meet program objectives.
- Provide systems engineering support.
Education and Experience
- Associate's degree and twenty (20) years of professional experience or;
- Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years of professional experience
Preferences
- Engineering degree preferred
- Prior integration and test expertise on ground test and flight test for missile or aircraft systems
- Prior experience coordinating store to platform flight testing
- Prior experience with RCC 319, Telemetry/Flight Termination systems or Test Instrumentation Kits
Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Must be able to travel as necessary (appx. 30-50%).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to date of hire.
