Job Posting for Accounts Payable Coordinator at Hy-Tech Controls, Inc.

Responsabilities include: mantaining the accounts payable within a fast paced company which would include entering in receipts of purchased material, matching packing slips with received invoices enter them into our business system - EPICOR ERP. Gather invoices for payment on a weekly baisis, work with purchasing to resolve purchased vs invoiced discrepancies. Work with suppliers to resolve billing discrepancies.

Also this position currently takes care and maintains the PTO and Vacation schedule for all employees.

There are other duties involved with this position as we are a small company and we all share duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
