Summary
The bar manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the bar, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. Additional responsibilities may include but not limited to staffing, scheduling, and training. This person must have strong communication and analytical skills and extensive knowledge about spirits, wines and beers. Beverage cost control experience is helpful. Ideal candidate will have experience working within union hotels and or Food and Beverage outlets.
