Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team! Restaurant Managers are an integral part of the hotel's Food and Beverage team who are knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and providing top-of-the-industry service. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant Outlets, as well as, managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure world-class service is provided to all guests.
Essential Functions
* Effectively manage the daily opportunities required by strong leadership
* Responsible for the quality of service provided.
* Support the restaurants while working closely with the Food and Beverage director and other Resort departments
* Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
* Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance

Qualifications
* Previous Restaurant and customer service is preferred.
* Strong Food and Beverage knowledge and understanding of restaurant service
* A desire to understand and anticipate the needs of a fast paced work environment
* Must be 21 years of age or older
