Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Perform night audit duties as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using front desk software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with composure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Holidays
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
