The Lighthouse Restaurant is in search of a dynamic, energetic and experienced leader to join its management team. The ideal candidate is someone who is used to a high-volume, fast-paced environment and possesses the creative, yet tech-savvy, ability necessary to contribute to making a great experience even greater.

Essential Job FunctionsInterview, select, train, schedule, coach, counsel and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand and hotel standards and consistent with TKo values.

Monitor team's performance to ensure adherence to all service, sanitation and productivity standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Monitor and contribute to the control of labor costs.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation levels to Health Department required ratings at all times.

Organize multiple projects; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Monitor and forecast food & beverage revenues and expenses to ensure company goals are met on a monthly and yearly basis.

Organize deep cleans multiple times a yearImplement new menu items that will increase customer satisfaction and perception of value as well as policies and procedures for food and beverage.

Contribute to the development and execution of promotions and events.Contribute to developing and managing the annual food & beverage budget.

Contribute to the creation and distribution of daily / weekly / monthly reporting.Contribute to all food and beverage meetingsContribute to help assist in banquetsMonitor all town events to help get Lighthouse more involved in the communityImplement and monitor ordering and receiving program to ensure proper quantity and prices on all purchases.

Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position RequirementsRestaurant experience required.IT knowledge preferred, that includes : AV, Sound, and troubleshooting.

Social Media acumen highly preferred, primarily to contribute to content library.Strong knowledge of POS systems (Micros preferred)Minimum 3 years food & beverage management experience in similar size restaurant / venue required.

Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends along with being the closing manager.Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
