Summary
The Stewarding Supervisor will assist in supervising the day-to-day operation of the Stewarding department. This position is responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas, including all china, silver and glassware as well as kitchen equipment. This includes maintaining organized and clean back-of-house areas in F&B and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment. The Stewarding team is also responsible for trash disposal and deep cleaning of kitchen and F&B public areas.
The Stewarding Supervisor will also ensure all tasks are completed on time and coach our Stewarding colleagues. This includes providing support and guidance to the team, working closely and communicating with all hotel departments to ensure a successful and well-executed event for both the meeting planner and attendees.
