This Assistant Director of Operations primarily oversees hotel services in Rooms operations, including front office, housekeeping, and security. Candidate must be able to maximize room revenues, control expenses, and drive the highest level of customer service. Other duties include analyzing rate variances, monitoring credit reports & maintaining close observation of daily house counts. As an Assistant Director of Operations, you would be expected to prepare revenue & occupancy forecasting & monitor labor expenses through schedule approval process.

Assistant Director of Operations (Rooms) must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
