What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver / Door Attendant position at Hyatt?
POSITION SUMMARY
The Shuttle Drivers deliver excellent customer service to all guests and visitors of hotel. Responsible for the safe and effective guest transport to and from airports, restaurants, and other places of interest as required. May also deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms and provide additional support for other departments. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Completion of a high school level of course work with attainment of a high school diploma or High School Equivalency Certificate (GED).A minimum of six months of customer service experience.
Effective interpersonal and verbal skills including courtesy, resourcefulness and efficiency in answering questions and giving directions.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Ability to demonstrate positive guest relations when dealing with difficult guests practicing effective listening and problem-solving skills.
Possession of a valid driver's license is required
