The work of the Guest Service Attendant focuses on providing excellent guest service in the form of subtle hospitality in attending to and anticipating guests’ needs on the lounge floor. This position is located inside of a premium shared-use lounge by Airport Dimensions supporting the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club. The Guest Service Attendant focuses on cleanliness in areas of guest seating/dining. They perform a variety of tasks within the lounge such as setting tables, refilling beverages, bussing tables, and sweeping/vacuuming floors.

Primary Job Duties
- Assist prompt and courteous guests service throughout their stay in the various seating areas
- Provide guests with efficient, attentive, and friendly service while exceeding guests’ expectations
- Monitors entrance and dining areas to ensure guests are being taken care of appropriately and to gauge when tables might turn over
- Requires ability to maintain a presentable and polished appearance in keeping with service standards in a best-in-class environment
- Has knowledge of the food and beverage offerings in the lounge
- Knowledgeable about the lounge, each guest, and the surrounding area
- Quickly clear and clean tables promptly to have them ready for the next guests Maintain a neat and clean work environment in assigned section
- Ensures a positive guest experience for all guests and resolves guest complaints in a manner consistent with policy, and with guest satisfaction in mind.
- Always follow established safety procedures.
- Immediately report any health and safety incident, security breaches, concerns or suspicious behavior to the supervisor or manager on duty
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Ability to effectively and pleasantly present information in one-on-one and group settings to guests and other team members of the Company
- Requires ability to maintain composure under pressure and awareness of surroundings and cultural differences
- Requires ability to maintain a presentable and polished appearance in keeping with service standards in a best-in-class environment
- Be able to stand during entire scheduled shift
- Ability to handle the stress of a face-paced work shift up to ten (10) hours
- Requires the ability to lift and / or move up to 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Report to work on a regular and timely basis
- Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass and obtain security background check and clearance to work in airport environment
