JOB SUMMARY

The Club is located alongside various shops and restaurants. It is a fast-paced, fun work environment that is growing in style and amenities.

The Club is looking for a Full-Time Receiver with the availability to work Monday-Friday. Shifts are subject to change, based on business needs

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Receiver performs a full range of duties and responsibilities in support of the lounge operations. Puts away deliveries in an organized and efficient manner. Cleans and organizes storage areas. Stocks and rotates food items in kitchen, pantry, and bar areas following FIFO method.

Primary Job Duties:

· Clean and organize storage areas utilizing FIFO (first in first out) method and ensure compliance with food safety and storing requirements

· Restock beverage stations, pantry, and kitchen with product to par levels utilizing a cart to move items from storage area(s) to appropriate lounge area(s)

· Put away deliveries in an efficient and organized manner

· Maintain required log sheets (receiving log, temperature logs, etc.)

· Label and date products

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:

· Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the scope of primary job duties

· Requires ability to maintain a presentable and polished appearance in keeping with service standards in a best-in-class environment

· Be able to stand during entire scheduled shift

· Ability to handle the stress of a face-paced work shift up to ten (10) hours

· Requires the ability to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds

· Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions

· Report on work on a regular and timely basis

· Must be able to pass and obtain security background check and clearance to work in airport environment
