Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our construction team. As an Assistant, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to assist in various administrative, operational and business development tasks.

Duties include:

Administrative tasks: Send and respond to customer emails and schedule and track appointments. Use online tools and software to manage your tasks, as well as handle any unexpected situations that may arise.

Customer support: Handle customer inquiries or provide customer support online or over the phone. Answer questions about services, manage and respond to complaints, or direct customers to the appropriate department for assistance.

Social media management: Create and manage social media content, respond to comments and messages, and track the success of social media campaigns.

Sales support: Reach out to potential clients via email or phone, and follow up with clients throughout the sales process.

Project management: Manage tasks and projects and ensure that they are completed on time and on budget. Provide daily updates and reports, and ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed.

Research and analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analyses, and develop reports on industry trends.

Other tasks: Invoicing and billing, creating and proofreading documents, and more.

Experience:

- Must be proficient in both English and Spanish

- Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is preferred

- Previous experience in or knowledge of various construction trades is a plus

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
