Pay Range:

$57,000 - $90,000

Job Summary:

The GBS People Resourcing Team is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment services across North America. The Recruiter / People Resourcing Specialist will primarily support recruitments in Oregon, California, Arizona, South Dakota, and Missouri. This role reports to the Team Lead People Resourcing West Region Manager.

Required Education/Experience:

Associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Minimum of 3 years in a recruiting role with experience in sourcing

Skills/Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to develop and forge relationships with stakeholders by providing excellent customer service for recruitment.
Process driven and have a good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques.
Proficiency in Office 365
Act as a consultant by understanding the market for technical talent and providing that insight to hiring teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers.
Ensure stakeholders (HR/Managers) are informed of recruiting status in a timely manner.
Develop and execute recruitment plans for open roles within scope.
Contribute to continuous development of the team's processes, templates, and tools.
Utilize experience and knowledge of sourcing techniques to build pipelines of technical/engineering talent for positions across North America
Provide recruitment training to hiring managers.
Support in other team activities when needed.
Ability to collaborate with the stakeholders to understand current and future needs for Hydro North America
Provide insights and market intelligence.
Process oriented and have a good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques.
