Shifts Available and Hours: 12 hour continental shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Off every other weekend
Shift Premium: 12 hour night shift - $1.50/hour extra
Salary Range: $24.64/hr - $34.94/hr Depending on experience
Required Education/Experience:
- Basic computer skills required.
- Will be required to learn how to use mobile equipment.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with troubleshooting complex equipment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Natural gas combustion experience is a plus
- High School Diploma preferred
Competencies:
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions
- Understanding electrical systems and how to use testing equipment.
- Understanding of hydraulics systems.
- Ability to effectively use basic hand tools.
- Mechanical aptitude
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in operation of machinery, manufacturing processes, inspection methods, troubleshooting techniques in a safe work environment
- Maintain safe work environment by abiding by current safety procedures, monitoring operations to develop new safety procedures and working in close collaboration with any affected employees.
- Responsible for identifying, developing and introducing improvements utilizing Team techniques with a goal of creating and coordinating a highly effective work.
- Maintain housekeeping within department.
- Communicate with other Team members concerning all aspects of the job
