Starting Rate of pay: $18.00/hour
Shifts Available and Hours: Second Shift 3PM – 11PM
Shift Premium: Second shift - $1.00/hour extra
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures correct shipment of customer orders and hazardous material orders
- Monitors employee productivity
- Examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures
- Active facilitator of safety initiatives and policies
- Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of work
- Assist employees with work process problems and maintain harmony among workers
- Issues written and oral instructions
- Assists manager by identifying work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite work -flows
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or three plus years of related experience in manufacturing and/or shipping environment
- Computer Literacy a must, (Microsoft Office, SAP and Oracle preferred)
- Proven leadership ability
- Knowledge of measuring color and gloss
