Job Summary:
The position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable daily operations of the Service Center including shop floor, office personnel and logistics.
Required Education/Experience:
- Minimum of Associates Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 1 year management or industry experience with strong leadership skills
- Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience with Budgets, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Logistics and Warehouse experience required
- Minimum 1 year communicating effectively with vendors, customers and other managers in both written and verbal formats
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- 3 years Bath Enclosure experience preferred
- Oracle and basic MS Office experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers in the Service Center region receive excellent levels of service
- Operate the Service Center in a safe, efficient and profitable manner
- Supervise all shop and office personnel
- Negotiate pricing with local vendors for glass, freight and packing materials
- Maintain accurate inventory and sales records in Oracle
- Monitor credit related problems with Shared Services and Accounting
- Prepare monthly reports including forecast; filling for other positions in office and shop
- Responsible for carrying out all established Hydro procedures and policies on a local level
