Job Responsibilities:
- Exhibit and live the Hydro Core Values as part of doing business. Support short- and long-term goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) strategies.

- Adhere to the ISO 9001 principles on quality management and ISO 14001/18001 principles on EHS management.
- Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products, utilizing knowledge of production processes and methods, machine and equipment capabilities.
- Supervise the team consisting of all personnel in all roles.
- Prioritize shift assignments and available staffing/coverage in order to meet shift safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Achieve the shift metrics, as assigned by Department Manager.
- Foster an environment where employees willingly make extra effort to exceed goals elevating new ideas(both your own and those of your employees) and executing plans to positively impact the plant operations and goals.
- Perform regular shift meetings for communication of shift goals and results and to perform required safety training.
- Upholding documented standards of performance of the employees in metal treatment, safety and equipment care.
- Ensuring compliance with established standards of quality and safety and employee safety. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years successful manufactuering experience.
- Atleast one-year supervising 15 or more employees.
- Previous aluminum experience a plus.
- Experience in employee involement in multi-discipline teaming a plus.
Educational & Technical:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A post-secondary degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong computer skills
- Basic mechanical components/aptitude

- Ability to interact well in a team environment and relate work to be completed so it can be accomplished most effectively with all levels of employees
- Keen listening/communication abilities to lead improvement processes within various areas and levels of the organization
