Hydrolec Inc is looking for a hard-working, flexible, and talented individual to provide basic to mid-level technical support for our company’s customers. This position requires the ability to diagnose, identify, research, and troubleshoot a variety of issues. This individual must be a Customer Service oriented who can provide patient and efficient assistance pertaining to electrical and hydraulic trouble shooting.
This position requires availability for an 8-hour shift daily, between 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Technical Skills Required:
- Significant work experience in basic technical support processes
- Demonstrated ability to function in a non-scripted technical support environment
- Working knowledge of electronics, pumps, motors, and hydraulics
- Experience in a helpdesk environment
- Experience in maintaining & repairing machinery equipment
- Experience in manufacturing processes
- Ability to focus and follow-through to the resolution of issues
- Superb written communication skills to ensure proper recording of all customer interactions and closure of all presented issues as well as prepare accurate, clear, and timely reporting
- Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting remote issues
- Able to recommend solutions to customers
- Able to read and interpret wire diagram and blue prints from engineered drawings
