Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage water projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project scheduling software such as Primavera
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to assess project status and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review schematics and blueprints for accuracy and feasibility
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
-Underground Utility Experience requiered
- Proven experience as a Water Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong project scheduling skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
