The Client Service Assistant is responsible for supporting the commercial service team by providing excellent service and deliverables to external and internal clients in accordance with Hylant standards.
This enables continuous growth & development of insurance knowledge & professionalism to the highest level possible.

The Client Service Assistant will begin their role with various training techniques based upon the unique services provided by the Surety team.
The Surety learning experiences, knowledge and skills developed will position the Surety service team to diversify and cross train.
In This Role You Will Execute On :
- Develop an understanding and complete adoption of Hylant's servicing tools and processes
- Obtain Property & Casualty or Life & Health licensure developing and enhancing knowledge of the insurance marketplace, products, and services
- Provide general administrative and document management support to client service teams such as preparation, invoicing, assembling, and other deliverables including electronic client documentation management
- Perform data entry and maintain client information in agency management system(s) including initial client set up, client information updates, activity details, document management, etc.
- Preparation of bond documents or similar documentation as requested
- Initiate and compile required documents for client submissions electronically or printed; provide documents for the appropriate client service team member for further action
- Assist in policy / account bond renewal activities by gathering, compiling and preparing necessary information as requested
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested
In This Role You’ll Need :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health license, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize with effective results
- Intermediate to advanced communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
