Senior Financial Analyst

Primary Responsibilities
In accordance with Hylant standards, procedures, and brand values:
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to business unit leadership.
- Assist in organizational planning and forecasting, with specific ownership of assigned areas.
- Analyze and organize data to reach actionable conclusions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track service performance metrics.
- Evaluate business unit performance to identify key trends and takeaways.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement through data analysis and process optimization.
- Create and drive improvements, including collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Four (4) to ten (10) years’ experience in finance or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial and data query / analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information.
- Strong business acumen including the ability to develop insightful observations and recommendations based on analysis of complex situations.
- Familiarity in Microsoft Suite and related financial systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel by car or airplane for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
