Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor our company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate engaging content, such as posts, videos, and graphics, that resonate with our target audience
- Respond to comments and messages from our online community in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage with our audience and increase brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to gather content and ensure consistent messaging across platforms
- Track and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and click-through rates, and provide regular reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing through internships, coursework, or personal projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
