Hyperfuels sells performance fuels and fluids. Inside Sales is responsible for handling all inside sales transactions on Point of Sale (POS) system including credit card, house accounts and cash buyers. Handle incoming phone orders, return calls to customers, vendors and carriers, expedite shipping and send emails and faxes. Also responsible for wholesale & dealer accounts which includes calling W/D and setting up new accounts with proper paperwork, set up order and prepare proposals and quotes . Reports to Store Manager. Position is full time, paid weekly in arrears, paid time off is 1.5 hours per week (80 hours for typical year and 40 hours may be carried over to the next year). Pay is rate per hour plus incentive bonus. CRM experience is a plus.
