Minimum Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity
- Experience supporting US Army Military Personnel Processing programs desired
- Experience managing multiple personnel
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of military systems and protocols
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Responsible for performance of the work
- Manage workload and ensure support for all tasks
- Manage Quality Control and monthly reporting.
- Monitor program and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Manage staff and assist with interviews for new positions as needed
