HAEA is seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing various business processes to ensure the efficiency and success of subdivision operations. This role will involve a wide range of tasks, including the creation of business action plans, budget development, project milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
Essential Functions
- Develop and report against Business Action Plans (BAPs) to achieve organizational goals.
- Report the status of these plans to relevant stakeholders at regular intervals.
- Develop internal statements of work (SOW) and review external SOWs for the procurement of goods and/or services.
- Ensure that SOWs align with project requirements and organizational objectives.
- Develop and monitor budgets, including both Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Operational Expenditure (OpEx).
- Provide regular forecasts and reconciliations of budgets.
- Develop, track, and facilitate the closure of project milestone signoffs to ensure project progress and completion.
- Create executive summaries to support the decision-making process for the purchase of goods and services.
- Review and validate processing of goods receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Assist with developing process optimization as it relates to Asset Management for hardware/software.
- Contribute to the development of executive roadmaps and strategic planning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain organizational charts and process flows using tools like MS PowerPoint for clear visualization of business processes.
- Report and publish KPIs, Service Level Objectives, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Objective Key Results (OKRs) at regular intervals.
- Develop and maintain total cost of ownership (TCO) models to analyze and optimize costs associated with projects and initiatives.
- Provide general support to Relationship Mgrs., Project Mgrs., Line Mgrs., and Leaders across the subdivision.
- Generate, track and amend device leases as instructed by appropriate management authorities.
Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. or equivalent work experience in the field of Business, Finance, IT, Statistics, Economics, etc.
- Proven experience in process optimization and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with PowerBI required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams as well as independently.
- Strong project management skills.
- Korean language competency (spoken and or written) is a plus, but not a requirement.
