General Summary:

Hyundai Eugene Automotive Technicians are responsible for the service and/or repair of vehicles assigned to them by service management.

Expectations of Automotive Technicians:

* Must have service repair/technician experience!!!

* Highly competitive pay!

* Display a strong work ethic and utilize time well.

* Maintains a neat and professional appearance and practices appropriate personal hygiene at all times in accordance with the Sheppard Auto Group policy.

* Understand that automotive technicians are part of a team in which all employees help each other.

* Demonstrates a positive attitude.

* Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.

* Perform a multi-point vehicle inspection on each client vehicle according to dealership policy.

* Ensure all repair and/or service notes are documented thoroughly and accurately.

* Maintain an inventory of tools. Maintain the work space assigned to by keeping it organized and clean.

* Ensure that customers' vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced.

* Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management.

* Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

* Establish and maintain exemplary working relationships with customers; encouraging repeat and referral business.

* Uphold high ethical standards in all dealership responsibilities and activities.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
