We are looking for a truly gifted manager with a unique understanding of how to find an approval for almost everyone and still enjoy strong production results while playing within the goalposts. A proven track record of consistent results, along with a thorough understanding of Washington State compliance laws, are critical. Not looking for a lone wolf but someone who is willing to be a true team member with the ability to assist Sales Management in training, developing, and managing our Sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties**

As part of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for meeting with all retail sales customers and reviewing their financing and leasing options. You will also outline and present different options to the client, including extended service contracts, insurance products, protection packages, and accessories. You will also be responsible for helping us maintain our award-winning customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications and Skills**

We seek that rare individual with very good organizational skills, superior sales ability, and great customer skills, all while ensuring great attention to detail. The ideal candidate has direct automotive or related industry Financial Services Manager experience or is a proven performer in the finance industry. A strong understanding of finance agreements and leasing is critical.

This is a full-time position that will require some evening and weekend shifts. We will thoroughly train the right individual during our comprehensive training program.
