Project Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
Hyzon Motors is seeking a Project Manager.  In this role you will lead a global cross functional team in ERP system implementation. The Project Manager will successfully initiate, plan, execute, and close the project. The Project Manager will help build and operate our program management office globally to support our growth strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains complete authority over ERP initiative to meet business needs in 2022/2023.
• Have direct responsibility for global project management function; drive system and process optimization projects to help scale operations.
• Lead in the development of company project management framework, policies, procedures, and desktop work instructions to ensure clarity and consistency of our work product.
• Support corporate and IT strategies through collaboration with internal users and industry professionals.
• Provide mentorship to business analyst; including hiring decisions to build a global presence to support our multi-national operation.
• Plan and execute innovative IT solutions to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure capital projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Other duties as requested of functional and/or corporate leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, information systems, accounting or related field, MS/MBA preferred
• 8 years’ experience within a business and technical environment
• Prior ERP level implementation and/or system implementations for large enterprise clients, applicants must be able to produce portfolio of his/her prior work product
• Previous experience with a start-up company and/or public company preferred with global responsibilities within a multi-national business setting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve ambiguity and drive for results.
• Strong financial and accounting acumen.
• Highly proficient with MS Dynamics and MS office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex subjects to audience with different educational/cultural backgrounds.
• PMI-PMP or similar certification
