Z is a brand experience agency focused on creating unified, distinct and relevant branded experiences across any and every possible touchpoint.

We are a curious, passionate, tech-obsessed creative community aimed at making brands matter. We believe that strength doesn’t just come from numbers, it comes from a number of perspectives. We work to give our people the space to be themselves, because at the end of the day it’s those differences that make our work stand out and help us drive change.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the Director of Product you will lead the digital product operations at the agency. In this role you will possess extensive experience bringing mobile, web and other digital products to the market from the early concept stage through to launch and post-launch optimizations. You will also have the ability to take business insights, strategy, technology dependencies, operational challenges, and customer feedback and turn them into an actionable product roadmap that can be executed within a well considered timeframe and budget. This position is highly collaborative both within the digital department and across the agency. You will work closely with experience design (UX, visual design, content) engineering, business development and account services teams to create beautiful and highly functional digital experiences. This is a client-facing role, and you should feel equally comfortable talking about experience and KPIs to a CMO as well as technology to a CTO.
