I&E Construction is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Duties:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
- Conduct new hire orientations and provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and employee programs
- Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
- Assist in conducting investigations related to employee complaints or policy violations
- Collaborate with management to develop workforce strategies and plans for talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices
