Help wanted Licensed-Unlicensed Support Staff Needed - Full-Service Insurance and Retirement Planning Agency.

We are looking for full and part-time insurance customer service reps to connect with our customers. Candidates will be responsible for answering servicing customer questions doing office paperwork and filing.

To ensure success you should have a friendly and professional demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Our insurance customer sales reps need to be personable friendly and efficient when handling questions or providing policy information.

Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Learning and understanding company insurance products.
  • Answering calls and responding to customer questions 
  • Accessing customer accounts and policy details.
  • Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
  • Recommending available products. (Licensed reps only).
  • Forwarding customers to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
  • Managing the customer database.

Insurance Customer Service Representative Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience working in an office or the ability to be a motivated self-starter.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Typing skills.

Perks and Compensation: 
  • Positions can lead to obtaining a sponsored Insurance License 
  • Part-Time salary $17 per hour - Full-time Salary commensurate with experience.
