We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our growing team and help navigate the business though the current market shift. With a growing database of over a 120,000 buyer and seller leads to prospect, the ideal applicant has a talent for identifying sales opportunities, solving problems, qualifying and nurturing leads and handing them off to our team of highly talented buyers and listing agents. Salary $55,000 bonus

Responsibilities:
Qualify and manage inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to clients quickly and efficiently
Outbound prospecting to identify sales opportunities and nurture leads.
Turn prospects into qualified real estate leads by continuously nurturing via phone calls, email, text and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales territory
Give weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
Grow into a leadership role overseeing the sales team
Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day
Requirements:
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
