We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our growing team and help navigate the business though the current market shift. With a growing database of over a 120,000 buyer and seller leads to prospect, the ideal applicant has a talent for identifying sales opportunities, solving problems, qualifying and nurturing leads and handing them off to our team of highly talented buyers and listing agents. Salary $55,000 bonus

• Qualify and manage inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to clients quickly and efficiently
• Outbound prospecting to identify sales opportunities and nurture leads.
• Turn prospects into qualified real estate leads by continuously nurturing via phone calls, email, text and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales territory
• Give weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
• Grow into a leadership role overseeing the sales team
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
• Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• 3 years of sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Unstoppable mindset, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, gregarious, and outstanding verbal communicator
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
