What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at I & MJ Gross Company Inc?
Work directly with site Superintendents and subcontractors on punch outs for residential construction projects. Compile punch list data to record all minor activities that need to be completed when closing out our residential construction projects. Understand the project deadlines and communicate this information to all affected personnel. Help to ensure that subcontractors to meet their obligations. Some residential construction experience preferred. We'll train ambitious entry-level learner.
