What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at i-Tech?
This position is responsible for supporting company accounting and administrative operations by maintaining office policies and procedures and by assisting with a variety of tasks. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, have an aptitude for numbers, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Duties of the Administrative Assistant includes providing daily administrative and office support activities for management. Other duties may be assigned.
Education and Experience
- Associate´s degree
- 3 years administrative experience. Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
- Knowledge of business and management principles, administrative practices and procedures
- Experience with general accounting principles
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
