What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle EBS Business Analyst position at i360technologies?
i360 has an upcoming need for a Business Analyst to support our client in Albuquerque, NM. The project involves integrating functionality for Lot-Based Manufacturing into an existing Oracle EBS instance. On-boarding March 2022.
Position Description:
- Works with IT and functional stakeholders to develop, oversee, and implement business process reengineering, change management approach and tool adoption;
- Guides process adaptation to fit industry Manufacturing, Supply Chain and related best practices with minimal customizations of EBS;
- Proficient in business process analysis;
- Experience in large scale organizational change that impacts all employees;
- Facilitates change management process for EBS implementation;
- Communicates with all levels of management and stakeholders as needed.
Position Requirements:
Knowledge of any or all of the following Oracle Discrete Manufacturing suite of applications:
- Inventory
- WIP
- BOM
- Quality
- MRP
- Engineering
- Costing
● Must have strong Oral and Written Communication skills
● Must have Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills
● Must have strong analytical, collaborative, organizational and problem solving skills
● Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision with proactive problem-solving skills
● The selected candidate will be required to undergo a successful background check before starting the project
● High school with 10 years’ experience, or Bachelor's with 6 years’ experience, or Master's with 4 years’ experience
