Developer for Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. in Westchester, IL. Design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions for all internet and intranet applications using Microsoft technology stack, SOAP, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WCF, VB.NET, SQL Server 2019, HTML, XML/XSLT, RESTful, IIS, Web service, Windows Services, Azure DevOps, and front end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML5, knockout JS; develop new software using new technologies; design an architecture to fit the business need; respond pro-actively to production support and testing of web applications; perform testing of web applications including Unit/Integration Testing; create technical and test case documents; provide end user technology support and troubleshooting; and work on projects in converting existing COM components into .NET windows and web services while complying with the new Architecture guidelines using Messaging and Command and Eventing; perform testing of web applications including Unit/Integration testing. May work remotely within commuting distance.

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, and 5 years of experience in application development; or a Master's in Computer Science, Computer and Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in application development. Must possess 3 years of experience in: Backend technologies: SOAP, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WCF, VB.NET, SQL Server 2019, HTML, XML/XSLT, RESTful, IIS, Web service, Windows Services, Azure DevOps, Frontend technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML5, knockout JS; and Agile methodologies. May work remotely within commuting distance.
