Primary Duties
What you will do
Compile and send out daily performance tracking sheet.
Create purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs).
Manage timecard changes and approvals.
Oversee inventory management.
Answer phones and respond to emails.
Check company mailbox for correspondence.
Participate in Zoom and Teams meetings.
Create labels and handle UPS shipments.
Compile and send contractor and compressor hours.
Organize food for meetings and large field jobs.
Order and purchase office supplies.
Order flame-resistant (FR) uniforms and manage changes.
Make travel arrangements as needed.
Assist with the interviewing, onboarding, and training of new hires.
Maintain employee files.
Create office forms as required.
Order gas cards and credit cards as needed.
Perform IT duties and coordinate with Willow Bend for programming assistance.
Handle mobile phone issues and order replacements as necessary.
Receive orders and send packing slips.
Schedule meetings and compile meeting notes.
Order trucks when available.
Maintain office cleanliness and dispose of trash.
Opening and closing of the office on a daily basis.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
Required Skills:
Interpersonal communication skills including writing, general computer skills.
IT troubleshooting.
Touch typing includes 10-key.
General Accounting skills is a big plus.
Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Docs.
Required: NetSuits software good working knowledge.
